PURPOSE:To decrease the number of engagement parts of an opening part, and also, to stably allow gas to flow by constituting this valve so that a cavity formed between plural projecting parts in used as a gas flow port in the opening part, the opening part is brought to elastic deformation by pressure received by the pressure response surface, and the size of the gas flow port is varied. CONSTITUTION:A gas flow valve body 2 has an air passage along the axial direction, one end 2a of this body 2 is formed on the wedge-like pressure response surface, and its one end is formed so that a notch on a straight line, that is, a linear opening part 3 communicates with the air passage 1. Also, on the peripheral wall of the opening part of the other end face of this valve body, a pair of grooves 4 are formed linearly with the same notch direction as the linear opening part 3, and also, in a state that they are due down in the one end 2a direction of the valve body. Moreover, by a notch 7, the tip part of a sheet-like member 5 is divided into projecting parts 5a, 5b, and the notch 7 constitutes a cavity which comes to a gas flow port when the sheet-like member is installed in the valve body. |
