The brake circuit for stopping the utensile motor of a food processr within a certain time, and the brake test circuit for checking the brake time of the motor uses the electromotive force (EME) of the armature induced as much as 85% of the power source. The current is flowed to the reverse direction by the induced EMF so that the motor reacts like a generator, and brakes the motor rotation. The brake test circuit repeats the test with certain intervals by timers (TS1-5).
