Measurement of the pressure of gases passing through the polymer membrane in the two-chamber apparatus concerns the fact that the pressure is adjusted to the ambient pressure in the chamber under the membrane and, in the chamber above the membrane, the overpressure of gas is adjusted and, after closing both chambers, the time course of the growth of the gas pressure is read and recorded.The connection concerns the fact that an aeration valve (7) is on one branch connected through the outlet pipe (3) to the low-pressure chamber (2), which is separated from the high-pressure chamber (1) by the polymer membrane (11).
