A method to prepare chinese noodles is presented. Thus, 100 kg starch from corn or sweet potato is mixed with 10 kg swine blood, 650g edible salts, trace amt. of L-M.S.G., and trace amt. of 5'- ribonucleotide sodium salt to give the final product. |
