PURPOSE:To improve the thermal efficiency of a device by providing a heat resistant bellows freely expandably on the upper part of a liquid pool part and adjusting variably the zone width of a saturated vapor phase. CONSTITUTION:A ball screw 33 is provided via bearings 31, 32 on the upper part of the liq. pool part 12 of a vapor tank 11 and the external screw part 34a of a movable plate 34 is screwed to the screw 33 as well. One end part of a heat resistant bellows 35 for variably adjusting the zone width of a saturated vapor phase 15 is connected to the movable plate 34 and the other end part is fixed to the inner wall of the liq. pool part 12. With this mechanism the movable plate 34 is moved via a servomotor 41 and the bellows 35 is adjusted with its expansion according to the size and packaging density of works 17, 18. Since the zone width of the saturated vapor phase 15 can be adjusted according to the thermal capacity of the works 17, 18 the thermal efficiency of a vapor phase type soldering device is improved. |
