PURPOSE:To conduct gate cuts with improved productivity automatically by setting preliminarily the diameter dimension of a molding lens and the distance between the molding lens and the gate cutting means of a gate, and coinciding the gate cutting position through measurement with the cutting means therefor. CONSTITUTION:A rectangular movable table 10 constituted slidably in a longitudinal direction is disposed on the upper surface of a base frame 9 on a plane board. Sensor means 40, 41, 42, 43, and 45 for controlling the moving position of the movable table 10 are arranged respectively. The movable table 10 is moved through measurement by driving of a servo motor 11, and stops at the cutting position of a gate 28, thereby cutting a molding lens 1' from a gate 4' through descending of an air cylinder 86 by means of cutter 29. |
