PURPOSE:To allow uniform coating by pressing a resinous sheet material at least once or more for a predetermined time in the condition of keeping the mold pressure of a mold higher than the mold pressure required in in-mold coated layer forming, and lower than the mold pressure required in molding. CONSTITUTION:A resinous sheet material A in a SMC molded and semi-cured state is placed at first within a molding mold B at the first press process 1, after that, it is molded into an article configuration by pressing at a predetermined mold pressure for a predetermined time, next, at the second press process 2, the mold pressure of the mold B is pressed for a predetermined time in the condition of keeping the mold pressure of a mold higher than the mold pressure required in in-mold coated layer forming, and lower than the mold pressure in the first press process 1, and then, at the in-mold coated layer forming process 3, an in-mold coated layer forming material is injected at a high pressure into the mold B in the condition of being pressed by the pressure required in forming an in-mold coated layer C, as a result, an in-mold coated layer C is formed on the surface of the resinous sheet material A. |
