PURPOSE:To constitute the title device so that a deformed part is not generated on the surface of a molding, by a method wherein a fulcrum is possessed on the outside of a cavity of a die for foam molding of beads and a tilting pin tilting toward a release side at the time of release of the die is provided by running along a mating surface of the die and ejecting within the cavity. CONSTITUTION:Tilting pins 9 are provided on the upper and lower parts of molding tools 3a, 3b by running along a mating surface 10 of the molding tools 3a, 3b. The tip of the upper tilting pin 9 is ejected inward of an upper cavity 2 and the tip of the lower tilting pin 9 is ejected inward of the lower cavity 2. The tilting pins 9 each possess fulcrums 8 on rear end parts positioning outside of the cavity 2 and the tilting pins 9 become tiltable toward a mold release side centering around the fulcrums 8 at the time of mold release. An ejector pin 1 is moved forward along with a movement of the molding tool 3b and a master frame 5b and when the tool is released to some extent, the tip of the same pushes the tilting pin 9 for tilting. |
