PURPOSE:To save a resource without stopping the transmission/reception of a message by providing managing tables corresponding to plural queuing buffers, dynamically increasing the area of the queuing buffer when the queuing buffer falls short, and dynamically decreasing it when the unused area of the queuing buffer is generated. CONSTITUTION:A message registration means 4 stores the message transiently into a queuing buffer area 7 in the transmission/reception of the message. A queuing control means 5 having the managing table in every queuing buffer area 7 unit dynamically increases the queuing buffer area 7 when the queuing buffer falls short and dynamically decreases the queuing buffer area 7 when the unused queuing buffer area is generated by controlling a message take-out means 6. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the transmission/reception from being stopped when a large amount of messages stagnate due to the fault of terminal equipment or the malfunction of an on-line job program, and to save the resource of the queuing buffer area 7 generated when a few stagnant messages exist. |
