The group of interchangeable modular components intended to constitute a linear diffuser consists of a combination of single interchangeable components (1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 11) made of fireproof synthetic plastic materials or metal materials which afford it versatility and modular use by virtue of its integration into the false ceiling (7) and to its ease of adaptibility to individual ventilation and air-conditioning requirements and to the geometry of the environments. Its construction in fireproof synthetic plastic materials together with the abovementioned integration also facilitates the installation procedure and makes possible a considerable reduction in costs in relation to previously known systems. <IMAGE>
