Machine comprising a chassis 1 provided at one of its ends with means 3, 4, 5 for fastening it to a towing vehicle, the machine being characterised in that the chassis includes a bladed rotor 8 arranged transversely to the direction of forward travel of the machine, this rotor being driven rotationally by a motor means through use of a transmission 9, 11, 12, a casing 9 on this chassis, this casing surrounding the rotor above the chassis, soil-moving discs are arranged on the chassis in front of the rotor and a drum 20 of axis parallel to the rotor mounted adjustably on the chassis behind the rotor. <IMAGE>
