PURPOSE:To simplify the construction of a network system and to reduce a load on a worker by providing a memory to perform the automatic loading of a user program from a programmable controller on all the programmable controllers, and a transmission/reception means. CONSTITUTION:The user programs of all the programmable controllers 1b-1n other than its own system are stored in the another user memory 12 of one arbitrary programmable controller of the programmable controllers 1a-1n by using a user program loader 11. After the user programs are stored, the processing program of a down-load control memory 13 performs the transmission processing of the user programs in the another user memory to the programmable controllers 1b-1n one by one via a network 9. Another programmable controllers 1b-1n receive the user programs with network interfaces 6, and store them in its own user memories 4. Such processing is performed on all the programmable controllers 1b-1n, and the automatic loading of the user program is performed, which facilitates the construction of the network system.
