PURPOSE:To check intermediate processes surely, by utilizing the difference of optical reflectance between components and an adhesives and detecting the presence/absence of coating of the adhesives in response to the reflactance of the part to be checked to a projected luminous flux. CONSTITUTION:The projected luminous flux 6 is crossed with a received luminous flux 7 to form a detection operating region 8 at the crossing region. The location of optical elements is selected arbitrarily and a narrow part is located advantageously in the region 8 by using projection and reception optical fibers 9, 10. P1-P9 indicate speaker components. A photodetector 2 connects a detection signal to a detection circuit 5 when the received luminous intensity obtains a specified value. A support stand 4 is provided with a constant speed driver device 12 consisting of a constant speed motor and driven and rotate around the center of shaft together with the components of a speaker 3 placed concentrically to the stand 4, and each part 11 to be checked of components P6, P7 of the speaker 3 placed on the stand 4 passes through a detection operating region 8 sequentially. The presence/absence of the coating of the adhesives is checked with the detection signal.
