PURPOSE:To suppress the rise of the bus voltage without deteriorating an original reactive power control function by producing a control signal with use of the fluctuating reactive power, the set bias value, and the output value of an integrator which uses the set bias value as an input. CONSTITUTION:A reactive power (Q) detector 13 is connected directly to an adder 16 and also to an adder 16 via a mean value circuit 14. The adder 16 calculates the value of a fluctuated component DELTAQ of the reactive power Q. At the same time, the set bias value QB received from a Q bias setting circuit 15 and an output signal QB of an integration circuit 20 which uses the value QB as an input are inputted to the adder 16' in addition to a DELTAQ signal. Therefore an output signal QS received from the adder 16' via an inverter 17 is turned into (0) from (+), and a thyristor gate pulse generator 19 producesa gate pulse in a thyristor firing phase via a function circuit 18. Thus the rise of the system voltage caused by an SC group 6, etc., applied to a bus can be suppressed. As a result, the rise of the system voltage is suppressed without deteriorating an original reactive power control function. |
