发明名称 PERMANENT MAGNET AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE:To easily manufacture an anisotropic permanent magnetic having high degree of freedom of shape and excellent performance by isometrically forming the macro structure of a magnet formed by melting and continuously casting an alloy containing rare earth metal, transition metal and boron as main ingredients, and specifying the particle size. CONSTITUTION:In a magnet formed by melting and casting an alloy containing rare earth metal, transition metal and boron as main components, macro structure is isometrically formed so that the particle size is 50mum or less. After it is heat treated at 250 deg.C or higher, the macro structure of the magnet is magnetically cured as columnar crystal. Thus, the macro structure at the time of casing is isometrically formed to be freely deformed in any direction at the time of hot processing, and the cast ingot can be processed in any direction. The particle size of the macro structure is miniaturized to obtain sufficient coercive force. Thus, a permanent magnet having high performance anisotropy and high degree of freedom of shape can be easily manufactured.
