PURPOSE:To always allow drinking freshly brewed flavorous tea by a method wherein a tea bag is placed in a pocket on the front face of a body of a teapot, and to form the pocket, a recessed part is formed on the front face of the teapot, the bottom edge of the recessed part is protruded a little, and a body band is wound around the body of the teapot. CONSTITUTION:A body 1 where tea is contained has a volume of 150-200ml, and a water filling opening 2 is formed on the top. The water filling opening 2 is provided with a attachment groove 10-20mm below the rim to mount a tear strainer 6 in it, so that tea leaves floating in the tea are filtered by the strainer 6 when the tea is poured from a teapot. A recessed part 11 is formed on the front face of the body 1, and a clearance is formed between the recessed part 11 and a body band 4 which is wound around the body 1 to form a pocket 5 where a tea bag T is placed. A protruding part is formed at least at the bottom edge of recessed part 11 among the bottom edge of the body to keep the body band 4 in place and prevent it from slipping off, and functions as a bottom of the pocket 5 to prevent the tea bag T placed in the pocket 5 from falling off. |
