PURPOSE: To store two different information items by providing two photosensitive elements and a capacitor and connecting the elements in series with the capacitor so that the photosensitive elements can be connected in opposite conducting directions. CONSTITUTION: Each photosensitive point P1, P2,..., P9 is composed of first and second photosensitive elements DA and DB which are arranged in series with a capacitor CI and in parallel with each other. It can be said that, namely, the elements DA and DB have opposite conducting directions. Those connected from a line conductor L1 to a line conductor L3 and from a column conductor F1 to a column conductor F3 are the anodes or P zones of the photodiodes DA and DB or those connected to the capacitors CI are the cathodes or nzone of the photodiodes DA and DB, but the directions of the photodiodes can be inverted similarly. Therefore, two different information items can be stored at each photosensitive point from P1 to P9 in such a way that two radiological images corresponding to the different energy of X rays are generated.
