The machine consists of a bench covered by conveyor belt on which the meat portions are deposited, followed by pasta squares. Along the belt are fitting plates with adjustable slope. As the belt advances, the meat portions contact the plates and are cuased to roll due to friction, arriving over the pasta square and continuing to turn over it, so that the pasta adheres to the meat due to its viscosity and is rolled around it
