摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To make adjusting work easy by shifting the phase of a switching signal generated by a counting means to detect an AFT signal, presetting the counting means to a necessary value depending on the position of the detected ATF signal, and adjusting the switching signal and the generation timings of respective reproduced signals obtained from plural heads. CONSTITUTION:By the counting means 60 counts clock signals BCK having period corresponding to the unit block length of data recorded in one track of a tape for up to the number of the blocks, a switching signal HDCKP having a constant frequency is generated to make a switching means 34 which selectively lead the respective reproduced signals obtained from plural heads to a signal processing system to execute the selection. The switching control of the switching means 34 being continued based on the switching signal HDCKP, the phase of the switching signal HDCKP is shifted steppingly with a prescribed amount until at least one ATF signal is obtained from among the signals taken out by the switching means 34, and the position of the thus obtained ATF signal is discriminated. In accordance with the result of the discrimination, the counting means 60 is preset at a necessary value. Thus the switching signal HDCKP and the generation timings of the respective reproduced signals obtained from the plural heads 18 and 19 are adjusted.</p>
