<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a polyamide film which constitutes a composite film excellent in the transparancy, slip property and moedability, by melting a specific polyamide resin having a wide molecular weight distribution at a specified temperature to form a film. CONSTITUTION:The desired film is made of a polyamide resin the relative viscosity of which when dissolved in 1.98% sulfuric acid with a polymer concentration of 1g/dl is at leart 3.10 and which has so wide molecular weight distribution that the standard deviation of the relative viscosity and weight fraction is at least 0.90 with respect to samples consisting of 13 fractions obtained by a simple sequential fractional precipitation in a system consisting of an 88% aqueous phenol solution as soluent and water as precipitant. The film is obtained by melting the polyamide resin at a temperature higher than its melting point by 15 deg.C or more. The polyamide resin having a wide molcular weight distribution can be obtained by mixing polyamide resins, the difference in the relative viscosities of which is at least 0.3.</p> |
