PURPOSE:To prevent an insert part from becoming large without generating cross talk between the respective core wires of a multicore coaxial cable and reducing the arrangement number of vibrators by electrically connecting respective ultrasonic vibrators, the respective core wires and external conductors through a strip line. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of flexible printed circuit boards (FPC) 17 extending toward an insert part 12 are provided to the inside end part of a probe head 16 in parallel to each other. The FPCs 17 and a strip line 18 are brought to a contact state in such a state that through-holes 17a, 183 are opposed to each other and through-holes 17b, 184 are opposed mutually. As mentioned above, since the strip line 18 is arranged in the insert part 12 and the respective core wires 143 of a multicore coaxial cable 14 and external conductors 142 are connected to the strip wire 18 in an operation main body 11, it is unnecessary to enlarge the insert part 12 and this insert part can be inserted in the body without inflicting pain on an examinee. |
