摘要 PURPOSE:To make a discharge quantity for one time constant by providing a primary chamber communicating to a mouth on the main body of container and a secondary chamber communicating to the primary chamber and also providing a ball into the primary chamber blocking up the mouth on the main body of container or an opening to the secondary chamber in accordance with a posture change of the main body of container. CONSTITUTION:When a plug 28 is pulled off and the main body 10 of container is turned upside down, the ball 30 is rotationally moved by its own-weight while being restricted with the locular chamber and the opening 25 of the primary chamber 21 communicated to the secondary chamber 22 is blocked, and at the same time a contained material in the main body 10 of container is made to pass through the mouth 11 and to flow into the primary chamber 21 through the locular chamber restricting the ball 30, to fill up the chamber. Next, when the posture of the main body 10 of container is turned back to the initial posture placed in the normal state, the ball 30 is left from the opening 25 by its own-weight and rotationally moved following to the restriction of the locular chamber, then the opening 11 on the main body 10 of container is blocked by its own-weight, and at the same time the contained material in the primary chamber 21 is made to flow into the secondary chamber 22 passing through the opening 25 which is opened. Further, when the main body 10 of container is turned down again, the contained material being filled in the secondary chamber 22 is discharged from the outside mouth 27 of a cap 20, the plug 28 of which is being pulled off.
