PURPOSE:To contrive to increase the content of a 110K phase and improve the critical temperature of an oxide superconductor by calcining a molded product comprising the oxides of Bi, Sr, Pb, Ca, Cu and K in an oxygen- containing atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:Bi2O3, PbO, SrCO3, CaCO3, CuO and K2CO3 are mixed in a molar ratio of Bi:Pb:Sr:Ca:Cu:K of 1.8-2.2:0.1-0.6:2:2.0-3.5:3.0-4.5:0.1-0.5, calcinated at 780-810 deg.C and molded in a molded product. The molded product is calcined at 820-850 deg.C in an oxygen-containing atmosphere for >=100 deg.C to provide an oxide superconductor having a critical temperature of >=100K. |
