<p>PURPOSE:To reduce leakage flow rate by providing a means for reducing the gap with a sliding hole in the state where a movable member is seated on a valve seat, which movable member communicates a control port to an exhaust port in the state not seated. CONSTITUTION:At the time of non-operation of an electromagnetic coil 21, a moving piston 12 is lowered and seated on a valve seat 5a to break the communication of a control port 5 with an exhaust port 6, and a free piston 14 is separated from a valve seat 18 to communicate a feed port 4 with the control port 6, whereby a high pressure fuel is fed to a control chamber 24. The high pressure fuel is collected in an accumulator chamber 32, and a reaming chamber 31 formed in the moving piston 12 is reamed by the pressure of the high pressure fuel to suppress the increase in clearance between a sliding hole 33 and the sliding part 34 of the piston 12. Hence, leakage flow rate can be reduced, and fluid control can be precisely conducted.</p> |
