A tear production measuring sheet (1) comprises a pair of measuring strips (4) adapted to be used for the right and left eyes and disposed side by side in such a manner that the strips have a common scale (2). Each of the measuring strips (4) being separatd from the measuring sheet (1) by a cut (6) formed in the measuring sheet (1) so as to extend around the measuring strip (4), except for a connection (5) between the measuring strip and the sheet.
