Healing-enhancing composition containing, as a healing agent, nonionic vesicles obtained from a mixture of lipids containing at least one nonionic lipid of formula RO &lparstr& CH2-CHOH-CH2O<)2>H in which R is either at least one C16-C18 alkyl radical, or R'CO where R' is at least one C15-C17 alkyl radical, in combination with cholesterol and, where appropriate, with a dicetyl phosphate or a tetracetyl phosphate. Composition which can be used topically to accelerate wound healing.
