PURPOSE:To make a smooth connection without generating any AM-modulated component by controlling a memory readout address with a connection point so that the readout address is connected at the in-phase zero-cross position of audio data. CONSTITUTION:The in-phase zero-cross position of the audio data of a side to become effective currently between two readout address generating circuits 4 and 5 and the memory address is controlled so that the readout address is connected at the in-phase zero-cross position. The smooth connection is made without generating any AM-modulated component at the connection point owing to passing nor round delay between addresses due to a difference in the write or read time width of the audio data to a memory 2 and the connection is realized only by adding simple control circuits such as read address generating circuits 4 and 5. Consequently, the smooth connection can be made without generating any AM-modulated component.
