<p>PURPOSE:To improve impact resistance interlaminar releasability to a large extent, by subjecting thermoplastic polyester becoming inner and outer surface layers and an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer saponified composition becoming an intermediate layer to co-injection molding. CONSTITUTION:Thermoplastic polyester D becoming inner and outer surface layers and a composition C wherein 5-40 pts.wt. of a polyamide-ester type thermoplastic resin B satisfying formulas I, II is compounded with 100 pts.wt. of an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer saponified substance A containing 28-60mol.% of ethylene and having the saponification degree of a vinyl acetate component of 95% or more becoming an intermediate layer are subjected to co-injection stretching. In the formulas I, II, MI, (A) is the melt index of a resin 4, MI,(B) is the melt index of a resin B, MP,(A) is the m.p. ( deg.C) of the resin A, MP,(B) is the m.p. or softening point ( deg.C) of the resin B. The thermoplastic polyester D is a composition wherein 1-20 pts.wt. of the polyamide-ester type thermoplastic resin B is contained per 100 pts.wt. of thermoplastic polyester.</p> |
