<p>PURPOSE:To make constitution compact by integrally providing a non-volatile storing means and a control means to execute control, which is determined in advance to the non-volatile storing means, as the single constitution. CONSTITUTION:In an integrated circuit, a 3 state buffer 16 is provided as a route switch means and executes the partial input of external address data EA or the output of various control signals, etc. On the other hand, in the integrated circuit, the outputs of respective AND gates A1-A4 are inputted to an address generating means 23 which is a drive signal generating means. The plural types of the control signals, etc., are outputted from a clock generator 21 of the means 23, passed through the buffer 16 and outputted from respective pins P. On the other hand, the output of the buffer 16 is inputted to an address selector 24. The output of the selector 24 is given to an EPROM and a ROM 26 executes data transfer with a bus transceiver 27. Thus, since circuit wiring between the respective integrated circuit is eliminated and the quantity of the integrated circuit can be reduced, an occupied area can be decreased.</p> |
