<p>PURPOSE:To specially produce gloves for golf, etc., fitting to hands of individual person by forming prototype of hand using clay as template, cutting raw material such as leather according to said prototype and forming. CONSTITUTION:A flexible template 1 made of clay or fat clay is spread in external packaging 2. Prototype 4 of hand is formed by pushing hand of individual person. Then, raw material such as leather is cut according to the prototype 4 and formed to glove. The template is covered with wet cloth or synthetic resin film and sent to receiver together with sample of raw material, then glove is produced according to recovered prototype of hand and desired raw material to use as a gift.</p> |
