PURPOSE:To prevent a supercooling phenomenon by forming a gas clathrate while producing cavitation in a mixture solution of a host agent and guest agent. CONSTITUTION:For example, a mixture solution of a mutually sparingly soluble host agent and guest agent (e.g. water trichlorofluoromethane) is jetted at a high speed and the resultant jet is made to collide with an opening of a cuplike resonance element 14 to form a gas clathrate while producing cavitation. Furthermore, methods for collision with a resonance vibrator, using suction.blowout and applying ultrasonic vibration, etc., are cited as the method for producing the cavitation. |
