PURPOSE:To prevent a pin from being damaged, to prevent the device from being dropped at its reliability and to reduce the manhour of replacement by providing a probe with a mechanical switching means, and executing the prescribed control of probe connection. CONSTITUTION:The probe in a user system is provided with the mechanically switchable means 8 to optionally switch the pin 5 of the probe in the user system to the IC socket 4 of a microprocessor CPU or to the pod connecting connector 6 of an insertion emulator. Since replacement is unnecessary by such constitution, the connection pin can be prevented from being damaged and the reliability of the microcomputer development supporting device can be improved and the manhour of replacement can be reduced. |
