PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition, excellent in compressive creep, abrasion resistance and friction characteristics by blending polytetrafluoroethylene powder with glass fiber powder and polyoxybenzoyl polyester resin at a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition contains (A) 45 to 88wt.% (preferably 65 to 85wt.%) polytetrafluoroethylene powder having 5 to 500mum (preferably 5 to 100mum) average particle diameter, (B) 10 to 35wt.% (preferably 15 to 25wt.%) glass fiber powder having <=30mum diameter (preferably 3 to 30mum average diameter) and <=1000mum (especially 20 to 300mum) fiber length and (C) 2 to 20wt.% (preferably 3 to 15wt.%) polyoxybenzoyl polyester resin. |
