PURPOSE: To unnecessitate precise control concerning stability in the resistance value and reference potential of a standard resistor during the conduction period of a switch by providing a calculating and discharging means with a 2nd charge generator having a 2nd quantizing capacitor. CONSTITUTION: An integrating means is formed from an operational amplifier 5 to which a capacitor 3 for integration is feedback-coupled, and the capacitor 3 for integration consists of the storage means of the integrating means. Further, a converter is provided with a means 1 for supplying quantized charges to the capacitor 3. When an output voltage VS reaches the level of a certain value, the output of a threshold comparator 6 is inverted and the supply of quantized charges to the capacitor 3 at the integration part is performed by a circuit provided with a logic gate 7, trigger oscillator 8, control logic 9 and quantized charge generator 10. Thus, a low-order value is found by calculating residual charges by digitizing a high-order value and a reference for control is not made excess. |
