<p>PURPOSE:To preclude a flicker display by judging whether or not a raster scan reaches a rewriting range within the rewriting time of a cursor from a current raster position and waiting for a time determined corresponding to the writing time of a cursor when the raster scan reaches the rewriting range. CONSTITUTION:A display position detecting means 12 reads raster position information out of a raster counter 13 and a position relation comparing means 14 compares the time required by the raster scan to reach the rewriting range of the cursor from the current raster position with the time of the rewriting of the cursor and sends the result to a cursor drawing means 15. The cursor drawing means 15 waits for the time until the raster position reaches the rewriting range of the cursor to perform rewriting processing of the cursor when it is judged from the comparison result that the rewriting range of a bit map display area 18 is reached within the rewriting time. Consequently, an image plane is prevented from flickering.</p> |
