PURPOSE:To increase sliding strength, by painting a magnetic paint on a disc, making the surface flat by shaping after drying and curing, and further heat- treating the surface. CONSTITUTION:For example, 100pts.wt. gamma-Fe2O3 is dispersed in a solution where 45pts.wt. epoxy resin is dissolved into 230pts.wt. cyclohexanone, and 2.5% vinyl resin and 350pts.wt. cyclohexanone solution are added. This magnetic paint is coated on an Al substrate and cured for >=1hr at 180-220 deg.C after drying. After the surface is made flat by shaping, heat treatment at >=160 deg.C is made again. Thus, the sliding atrength can be increased. |
