The transmission, used for low-speed rotating machinery as bicycle or hoist, automatically changes gear speeds according to changing loads of gear shaft. The transmission includes first, second, third driving gears (11), (12), (13) mounted on power driving shaft (10); first, second, third following gears (21), (22), (23) mounted on the following shaft; ratchet (24) meshed with first following gear (21); decision keys (28a)(28b) inserted to key grooves (22a)(23a) of second, third following gears (22)(23).
