发明名称 CONTROL SYSTEM FOR SUPERCONDUCTING ENERGY STORAGE DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance brake force of a generator by applying reference values of effective and reactive powers of a superconducting energy storage device (SMES) to a reference value forming unit with a voltage near a SMES mounting point as an input signal. CONSTITUTION:Effective power PG of a power plant 10 is input from a transducer 18 to a signal resetter 20-1, a difference between the signal PG and the output of a primary delay circuit 31 is obtained by an adder 32. Thus, a long period component in an input signal is cut at an output PG, variation component PG of a short period (within 2 sec) which is a problem due to power fluctuation is output, input to a phase compensator 20-2, which phase-compensates near 90 deg. to enhance the brake force of a generator to be output as PG', which is input to a limiter 20-3, and an effective power reference value Pref is obtained as its output. A forming circuit 20Q for a reactive power reference value Qref operates similarly to other circuits 20-1, 20-4, 20-3, 20-6 though the compensator 20-2 is altered to a mere gain regulator 20-5.
