PURPOSE:To inspect gear ratios continuously and highly accurately by recording variable gear curves according to the change in the meshing positios of a sector gear and a master rack for inspection. CONSTITUTION:Respectively the 1st and 2nd rotary type pulse generators 9 and 10 are directly coupled to the respective ends of a main shaft 8 and a screw shaft 3 and generate pulse signals respectively at every micro unit revolusion. These pulse are inputted to the reference counter 15 and Y counter 16 of an instruction control part 14. Every time when a fixed number of pulsee is counted by the reference counter 15, the Y counter 16 outputs the revolving angle of the screw shaft 13 between the section thereof by the trigger signal. This output is applied as a Y signal to an X-Y recorder 22 via a D/A converter 17 and further via a potentiometer 18 for lead correction, whereby a gear ratio curve is drawn. The output detecting the absolute angle of the main shaft 8 is applied as an X signal to the X-Y recorder 22 via an OP amplifier circuit 20. |
