PURPOSE:To prevent abnormal wear by displacing the axis of the stem of a columnar resilient member toward the center of turn thereof with respect to the center of inclined revolution of a seat member. CONSTITUTION:The axis of the stem of a columnar resilient member 27 is displaced by delta to the center of rotation thereof with respect to the center of inclined revolution of a seat member. Since the force is applied to the resilient member 27 so that it may be bent toward the center thereof and said force counteracts the centrifugal force which acts on the resilient member 27 so that the member 27 will not be bent externally to an unallowable extent and be compressed uniformly, thereby preventing the member from abnormal wear. |
