<p>The manufacturing method for superconductive wirematerial comprises; holding the target composed of a superconductive sintered body at a lower side of vacuum chamber having a predetermined vacuum degree and an argon gas atmosphere and transfer ring and sputtering copper wires at an upper side of the vacuum chanber. The superconductive sintered body is composed of Y2O3, BaO sintered body and CuO sintered body.</p> |
