PURPOSE:To perform the unsealing function correctly by normally separating the unsealing rod from a sealing board by the attracting force of a fixed permanent magnet while releasing the attracting force by an electromagnet device during the operation. CONSTITUTION:An unsealing rod 5 and a core 6 are hold by attracting a permanent magnet 9 at the upper end of the core together with a spring 8 to an attraction board 12 at the upper end through the magnetic force. At the operation the electromagnetic devices 7, 10 are excited simultaneously to demagnetize the permanent magnet 9 thus to release the magnetic attracting force functioning between the permanent magnet 9 and the attraction board 12, thereby the unsealing rod 5 and the core 6 are separated from the predetermined separated position attracted to the attraction board 12 and perform the unsealing function toward the sealing board 4 against the spring 8. Consequently the pressure agent in the pressure container 1 is discharged through an open hole in the sealing board 4 and an exhaust port 3 to the outside. This unsealing function is excellent when compared with the case where only the spring is employed. |
