The resistor termination for a resistor string of a D/A converter has a floating contact (F/C) for removing the variation of a resistivity by misaligning at terminations of resistor string. The floating contact (F/C) is connected between a resistor (R3") having length (l1) and width (w) and a resistor (R3"') having length (l2) and width (w1).
