The subject of the present invention is an apparatus for reduction of fractures, characterised in that it comprises a central mobile member 1, carrying near its ends two arms 2, 3, each arm 2, 3 having at its end a member 26, 26' which has the means necessary for being attached to a fixation means linked to one of the parts of the bone to be reduced, the assembly formed by the arms 2, 3 and the central member 1 having at least 6 translation or rotation jacks, one of which 4, 5 being for translation and one 7, 8 for rotation on the central member 1 between the points for fixing the arms 2, 3 onto this member.
