PURPOSE:To automatically execute listing by a simple operation by designating and inputting an area to be listed in an outer frame and the number of pieces of ruled lines and automatically calculating a ruled line interval, and generating a coordinate value train of the ruled line, based on a result of operation. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 21, a main memory 22 and an arithmetic part 23, an external storage part 16 and a keyboard 17, a display memory 24 for storing the data to be displayed on a plane display 12, a display control part 25 for displaying this data on the plane display 12, a tablet control part 26 for executing a handwritten input on a tablet 13, and a stylus control part 27 for executing a coordinate designation on the tablet 13 with a stylus pen 14 are connected by a bus line 28. In this state, an outer frame of a table is inputted by the tablet 13, and when this outer frame is normalized and displayed on a display part, a ruled line interval is calculated automatically by designating and inputting this area to be listed and the number of pieces of ruled lines, and based on this result, a coordinate value train of the ruled line is generated. In such a way, the table can be generated by a simple operation. |
