Sheet made of sponged-material is sandwiched between a flat or curved-base-plate with some parallel cylindrical-cavities or arclike- section and an upper-pressing-former with similar cavities, while heated. Boundary-portion between those cavities of upper-former is formed to form clearance against the flat plate or similar portion of the curved plate, when the former is pressed against the plate while sandwiching material. A body, formed by connecting some cylinders of semi-circular-section, is made. Sealing-material is made by cutting the body into sections longitudinally at the connected-portion and the centre of such body.
