<p>PURPOSE:To perform paper feeding piece by piece in an accurate manner by installing a nudger roller of an intermediate tray paper feeding means rockably in the center of a paper feed roller, while supporting it with an arm means installed in making the rocking range adjustable. CONSTITUTION:A one-side copied sheet is successively fed onto an intermediate tray 51, hitting on a projecting gate, and it is stacked in pile. At this time, a nudger roller 61 being rockable to an axial center of a paper feed roller 65 via a housing 68 is adjusted so as to lightly touch an upper surface of the tray 51 at a down position through engagement release of a spring clutch 85 by dint of a solenoid 90 and reciprocating movements of arm devices 70, 75 by rotation of a crank 88, and it beats the sheet, accelerating its matching. Next, at time of paper feeding, the nudger roller 61 comes into contact with the sheet top at specified timing by engagement, release of the spring clutch 85 and repetition of a rotation of 180 deg. of the crank 88, and it feeds the sheet in an interval between the paper feed roller 65 and a handling roller 64 by the rotation. Thus, the sheet is feedable piece by piece in an accurate manner.</p> |
