<p>PURPOSE:To discriminate a sheet type being stored in a sheet cassette to be attached to a cassette setting part automatically by installing plural numbers of detecting means, for detecting the storage sheet at time of setting the sheet cassette, in space between a cassette inserting part and the sheet cassette. CONSTITUTION:When a sheet cassette 2 stored with a certain type of sheets is attached to a cassette inserting part 1 of a recorder, each detecting means S4 detects the storage sheet with a pattern conformed to each type. Consequently, type discrimination for the storage sheet is automatically performable.</p> |
