PURPOSE: To adjust a height and a position desired by an user smoothly by switching a buffer device from a lock position to a release position by a single operational element of an open-close mechanism. CONSTITUTION: An adjusting device 30 for operating a switching bar 26 is constructed in such a way that an operative element 31 is connected via open- close connecting means 32, 33 to two arm angle levers 34. The angle levers 34 act for connecting one arm 35 to the open-close connecting means 33 and connecting the other arm 36 to a switching bar 26. A buffer device 19 is released by rotating the angle lever 34 counterclockwisely, and the buffer device 19 is locked by rotating the angle lever 34 clockwisely and returning to a starting position. |
