PURPOSE:To simplify manufacture of a container and label sticking work by keeping a label having a foamable layer covered on one side of the base sheet inserted in a molding die and molding a heat softened thermoplastic resin sheet into a container shape along an inner surface section of the molding die at an inner side site of the label. CONSTITUTION:A label 1 is formed into a cylindrical shape, and then inserted into a molding die 6 of a compressed air molding device combindedly used with a vacuum molding means, after which a container is formed by using the molding die 6. At the time of molding the container, a heat softened thermoplastic resin sheet 7 for forming the container is disposed on a molding die 6, and then compressed air is supplied on the upper surface side of the resin sheet 7 while the inside of the molding die 6 is vacuumized to form the resin sheet 7 into the container shape along the shape of the molding die 6. As a bonding agent layer on the inner surface of the label 1 is heated by being brought into contact with an outer side surface section of the resin sheet 7 at the time of molding work, the label 1 is bonded integrally on the surface of the resin sheet 7. Also a foamable covered layer of the label 1 is heated and foamed simultaneously with the bonding agent layer. |
